Tennessee Law requires that all licensed real estate agents who are actively working in the market place disclose the following in writing:

• Disclose the duties to all consumers at first contact.
• Supply an explanation of agency relationships and terminology.
• Disclose for whom they are representing.
• Make available all information regarding the property and it's condition. (TN property disclosure)
• Disclose if they or any of their family has an personal interest in the property.
• Disclose if the property is being sold without a Tennessee property disclosure and why.
• Make available the H.U.D. lead-based hazard disclosure and booklet.
